Nidarie Desert

A barren landscape of dirt and sand.  Even where the rivers run through this land, little grows.

Mizuneros

The underwater home of the merfolk, this is the oldest city, dating back to before the recorded history of the land dwellers.  Merfolk do not officially support either land empire, but most individuals have sided with the Ordragc Empire.  Because this is not a part of either empire, the merfolk consider this their capitol.

Ordragc Empire

The Ordragc Empire consists of the entire western portion of the continant.  before the days of the Great Rathi Ahgjan, this was nearly uninhabited, but when Synacra's slaves escaped, their rebellion began here

Territory of Eairon

The southernmost region of Nigeri, this territory is governed by the Mayor of the City of Eiaron.  It consists primarily of a mountain range, which rests on the main land and two islands.

City of Eiaron

Capital of the empire, the imperial palace is located on the top of a mountain overlooking the city.  Eiaron is a seaside port city, merchant hub, and one of the few places merfolk are commonly seen in the market among landfolk.  The markets have canals down the center of the street with inlets for every few shops to allow easy access for the merfolk, and along these canals is the only place aside from the merfolk capitol that many merfolk live as a community in underwater dwellings.

Eiaron is a comparitively modern city, and being the Imperial Capitol is heavily guarded.

Geishra City

Located on the largest of the two islands, Geishra was a major port until Eiaron's port was constructed, and now because of its isolated location is the only location where the occasional Empire of the Black Dragon trader may come to port in the Ordragc Empire without being fired upon.

Territory of Neitel'an

Northeastern territory of the Ordragc Empire, including the Claw Mountains.  Governed by the Lord of the City of Neitel'an

City of Neitel'an

Meaning "New Tel'an", this city was founded by refugees from the port city of Tel'an which is located in what is now the Empire of the Black Dragon.  Neitel'an is the northern port of the Ordragc Empire.

Jaret

A quiet, self sufficient city, Jaret is located near the center of the Claw Mountains, along the shores of Lake Selei, this tends to be one of those cities everyone else forgets.

Cratche

Cratche is the home of one of the Ordragc's primary army fortresses.  There is a lookout on the top of the nearby mountain range to spot invaders crossing the desert.

Territory of Aelndrag

Taking up most of the west coast of the Ordragc Empire, this territory is named after the massive volcano Aelndrag in the northwest penninsula of Nigeri.  It is governed by the Lord of Aelndrag who lives and rules out of an extensive palace built out of an ancient temple built into the volcano itself.

City of Aelndrag

This city is located at the foot of the dormant volcano.  while a risky home, evidence shows that the past many erruptions throughout history have only caused damaged to the ocean side of it's massive slopes.  The city is a port city, believed to be the location where the first Elves landed in Nigeri.  At one time, this location was the home of a dragon-worshipping religion, but the priests of this group all vanished soon after the first high priest of Synacra took power in the east.

The city is governed by a mayor put in place by the Lord fo Aelndrag.

Djir

Home of the Ordragc Naval fleet, Djir is the third largest city in the empire.

Shadaira

A city who's economy relies on the fishing industry

Phan

Second only to Eiaron, Phan is a merchant and trading hub.  It is located at the point where most of the rivers in the Ordragc Empire feed into the ocean and thus it's ports recieves merchants from inland and from elsewhere.

Territory of Brenach

Stretching from the Desert to the western coast, Brenach offers more of a border between the heavily invaded areas of the borderlands and the Capital of Eiaron.  This territory is governed by the Lord of Brenach, who lives and serves his land out of a palace on the shores of the Bay of Geishra.

Brenach

Brenach over the years has become primarily a military city.  Primary training barracks are located within the city walls.  The high peak at the end of the Crecent Mountains behind the city is the home of the second border lookout.

Empire of the Black Dragon

Much of the Empire of the Black Dragon was once the nation of Minah.  After the Dragon-Elvish war, Minah was the only territory left to the Ordragc family.  Prior to the rise of Synacra, the Great Rathi Ahgjan had been attempting to make peace with the humans to re-expand the Ordragc Empire.  After Synacra's death, this area returned to Ordragc power for almost 200 years before the first High Priest of Synacra declared the eastern half of the empire independant of the Ordragcs and proclaimed himself leader.

Bloodmoor

Home of the Nidiare Citadel, temple of Synacra, Bloodmoor is the capital of the Empire of the Black Dragon.  It is built on the ruins of the former Ordragc capitol of Tha'an.
